Cleveland OH, November 1, 2019:  Today Lewis Limited announces a new contract with Dealer Tire to provide and to assist the Chief People Officer at Dealer Tire in building a Bold New Plan for Cultural Transformation to gather baseline data & information for their employees.

 

The first phase will be to assist in areas for organizational change and improvement, including specific actions and targets that will lead to improved outcomes for Dealer Tire.

 

The goal will be to leverage the diverse knowledge and experiences of Dealer Tire’s current employees. We will assist Dealer Tire with this cultural transformation, beginning with a developing a “Working Group”, that would include senior management, and their Associate Experience Team.

 

Unlike most other D&I advisors, Lewis Limited integrate a team of professionals utilizing state-of-the-art statistical analytical tools to identify D&I-related opportunities, problems, issues, and trends.  Such advanced analytical tools and resources aid in benchmarking client performance and identifying issues needing immediate action or further investigation.

 

Through these select and other demonstrated capabilities, the Team has developed effective, techniques to evaluate current D&I performance and trending in a wide variety of areas, to help companies like Dealer Tire identify strengths, vulnerabilities, and legal risks, and improve performance to reduce or eliminate risks.
